Manage materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects At **Betania Colombia S.A.S.**, a company with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of industrial parks, we are seeking a **Construction Assistant** to join our team and support construction activities scheduled by the Construction Master. **Purpose of the Position:** To support construction activities across various projects, following the Construction Master’s instructions and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare equipment, materials, and tools required for assigned activities. * Carry out construction activities such as: demolition, mixing, cable pulling, pick-and-shovel work. * Load or unload materials, tools, or equipment at specified locations. * Wash and clean roof surfaces and their drainage channels. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Technical degree in Logistics, Warehouse and Storage, Inventory Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of experience in roles related to warehouse, inventory, or logistics**. **Desired Knowledge:** * Inventory management. * Storage and control of goods. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Proficiency in inventory recording systems or inventory management software. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract * Work location: Funza, Cundinamarca * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Direct employment with the company Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
