Develop automation skills using VBA and Python. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Derivatives Analyst**, supporting the Capital Markets Trading Desk of our Financial Corporation—contributing both to daily operational activities and to process automation and optimization, thereby enhancing efficiency, reducing risks, and strengthening the business’s operational and analytical capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Operations and Control** * Execute daily operational closings, reconciliations, and risk controls (credit, market, and liquidity). * Review and monitor internal and regulatory limits. * Prepare internal and external reports based on desk guidelines. **Automation and Optimization** * Understand current desk processes to identify automation opportunities. * Use programming tools (VBA, Python) to improve, scale, and accelerate operational tasks. * Design processes enabling significant reduction in execution time. **Learning and Development on the Desk** * Gain in-depth knowledge of products traded on the desk and how to execute them. * Serve as backup for various desk functions. **Ideal Candidate Profile** ------------------------------ ### **Education** * Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. ### **Experience** * **Minimum:** Internships or entry-level roles in money desk or risk departments. * **Ideal:** Experience in a bank’s money desk. * Experience in automation/programming will be highly valued. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of the securities market. * General understanding of financial products. * Proficiency in: + **Advanced Excel and VBA** + **Python** (desirable)
