We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with twenty-four (24) months of experience in technical maintenance tasks within the plastic manufacturing sector, interested in contributing their talent to the organization’s growth and operational continuity, establishing a connection between technical maintenance and production process efficiency. Academic Qualifications: Electromechanical or Industrial Instrumentation Technologist or Engineer, or related fields. Job Mission: Guarantee the good condition of the company’s machines and equipment by ensuring their proper operation through adherence to established maintenance guidelines and policies, thereby supporting the continuity and efficiency of production processes. Responsibilities: * Conduct visual inspections and daily checks of machines and equipment according to the maintenance plan to detect anomalies promptly. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery, ensuring their proper operation. * Record and update maintenance reports in the assigned program or software, ensuring traceability of performed activities. * Inspect and repair electric and hydraulic motors, as well as measure electrical variables on cooling equipment. * Install and adapt new equipment and machinery, complying with the company’s technical and safety standards. Knowledge: * Electricity, electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, and PLC programming. * Knowledge of HRT (High-Risk Tasks such as working at heights, hot work, and hazardous energy). * Preferable experience with plastic processing machinery and equipment. * Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Salary: between $3.000.000 and $3.500.000 depending on profile + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Permanent. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts.
