We are currently looking for our next: Service Technician **Job Purpose:**Consult with customers on chemical, technical, and application-related issues, as well as system optimization **Key Responsibilities:** ✔️ Conduct service strategy surveys, process verifications, and reporting through: ✔️ Consult with customers on chemical, technical, and application-related issues, as well as system optimization ✔️ Perform field testing, reporting, and training ✔️ Establish, verify, and document hygiene plans and their parameters through regular customer visits ✔️ Address customer needs ✔️ Install and repair equipment at the customer's facility ✔️ Ensure machine and equipment maintenance goals set by the customer are met ✔️ Support the introduction of new service programs and concepts to customers ✔️ Achieve monthly safety metrics and enter safety data into the company system ✔️ Identify new ways to improve service ✔️ Provide recommendations related to safety standards and protocols **Required Profile:** **✔️** Technician or technologist in applied chemistry to industry/Mechanics or related fields **✔️** 1 year of experience in similar roles within the food or agro-industrial sector. **✔️** Valid driver's license with at least two years since issuance. **Position Conditions:** **????
