Minimum 6 months of experience as administrative support or assistant handling: file management, correspondence, reception, customer service, order distribution, telephone service management (servicing), intermediate Excel proficiency Mission: Support customer service management from the branch front desk, and manage administrative area tasks primarily using tools (technical and facility support requests and incidents), correspondence, stationery inventory control, cafeteria supplies, file management, supplier coordination, and support for internal and external customers.
