Job Summary: CNC Lathe Operator responsible for operating and adjusting CNC lathes to ensure quality and meet production standards, while maintaining an orderly work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards A prominent industrial sector company is seeking the following profile: Position: CNC Lathe Operator Operate CNC lathes in accordance with the threading procedure, adjusting and verifying operational parameters as specified in the equipment start-up sheets, taking into account the instructions provided by the threading process inspector, in order to maintain thread quality within the specifications defined in the quality plan and sustain an appropriate work pace to meet established production standards. Responsibilities: Operate the CNC lathe in compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and environmental protection requirements. Adjust the lathe according to internal guidelines. Perform reference changes on the equipment and/or tools installed on the equipment. Dispose of metallic waste generated from the product. Accurately complete daily production reports, CNC lathe process control records per shift, and processed specifications. Perform maintenance and report anomalies related to the CNC lathe. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
