Diagnosis and correction of mechanical failures A prominent industrial sector company in Malambo is seeking a Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial mechanical equipment. Inspect and repair heavy machinery (furnaces, rolling mills, conveyors, presses, pumps, gear reducers, compressors). Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. Assemble, disassemble, and align mechanical components (bearings, shafts, pulleys, gears). Perform basic welding and mechanical adjustments. Lubricate equipment according to the established plan. Support equipment commissioning. Record activities in systems or formats (CMMS). Required Knowledge: Hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, blueprint reading, metrology (caliper/micrometer), PLCs, and variable frequency drives. Desirable: Welding and metallurgical processes Requirements: Technical or technological degree in industrial maintenance / electromechanics 1 year of experience in the industrial sector Certification for working at heights Conditions: $2.041.856 + transportation allowance + social benefits Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. After 2 months: rotating shifts (6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6). -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 2 years of experience Keywords: mechanic, mecanico
