Job Summary: A major multinational food company is seeking a Merchandiser with experience in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector to manage products, inventories, and budget compliance. A major multinational food company requires a Merchandiser with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in roles such as merchandiser, sales representative, or brand promoter, exclusively within the food or FMCG sector. Requirements: Education: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative or commercial fields; knowledge of store layout plans (planimetry) required. Minimum 1 year of experience in the sector. Responsibilities: Handling of refrigerated products. Product rotation, point-of-purchase (POP) materials. Verification of expiration dates. Price changes. Inventory management and customer complaints, inquiries, requests, and suggestions (PQRS) through inspections at various sales points. Review and monitor budget compliance indicators and propose actions aimed at achieving said budget targets. Benefits: Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or service contract for one year. Working hours: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Sunday. Bi-weekly payments.
