Position Profile A major IPS requires a Nursing Assistant to serve as a Sample Collection Assistant, responsible for performing sample collection, preparation, and handling processes, ensuring patient safety, quality, and compliance with institutional protocols. Requirements Technical degree in Nursing Assistance with diploma and certification. Valid registration in RETHUS. Minimum 1 year of experience in: Sample collection. Clinical laboratory processes. Patient care and preparation. Knowledge of biosafety and waste management. Basic proficiency in office software tools. Excellent humanized treatment and user service. Responsibilities Collect blood and other types of samples according to protocol. Verify correct patient identification and proper sample labeling. Prepare and instruct patients prior to the procedure. Ensure appropriate storage, preservation, and transportation of samples. Comply with biosafety protocols and quality standards. Record information in the institutional system. Support administrative activities in the area when required. We Offer Direct employment contract with the company. 4-hour work shift.
