Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Control Assistant to monitor, control, track, and ensure the traceability of dispatches from the plant to customers, manage in-route incidents, and update logistics data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and control of dispatch routes 2. Management of in-route incidents and driver support 3. Updating of databases and logistics indicators We are currently looking for a Route Control Assistant to ensure monitoring, control, tracking, and traceability of all dispatches carried out from the plant to customers. Key responsibilities include: 1. Conducting control calls and reporting on the status of dispatched vehicles en route from the plant. 2. Tracking the trip itinerary. 3. Recording all information in the logistics dashboard related to transit calls and unloading calls for all movements. 4. Managing incidents occurring along routes, recording them in the system, and notifying relevant departments. 5. Maintaining updated logistics databases and indicators for transit calls, unloading calls, and dwell times. 6. Printing and organizing delivery notes and quality certificates per vehicle, and delivering them to drivers. 7. Collecting loading fees from drivers and sending payment vouchers to logistics analysts. 8. Providing support to drivers upon their arrival at the plant across all stages. 9. Processing and updating driver data. We offer: Fixed-term contract for 6 months (renewable) $2.051.000 Transportation route. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in logistics, customer service, telephone support, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
