**Position Objective** Ensure the technical excellence of the company's engineering projects, guaranteeing that all designs, equipment, services, and suppliers meet the required technical, regulatory, and efficiency standards. This role does not directly manage personnel but is key in the validation, conceptualization, and technical feasibility of strategic projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Validate conceptual and detailed engineering designs related to projects. * Review and approve technical terms of reference for service tenders and equipment procurement. * Ensure that equipment and machinery comply with industrial sector efficiency, quality, and applicability standards. * Conduct technical follow-up with suppliers, validating designs, deliverables, and received services. * Participate in project technical committees, ensuring the technical feasibility of initiatives. * Review drawings and technical documentation (e.g., in AutoCAD) to ensure compliance with requirements. * Evaluate and validate technical services and preparations required for project execution. * Provide specialized support to the project team (PMO) in technical conceptualization, design, and execution. **Required Profile** * Engineering professional (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields). * Solid experience in industrial and engineering projects (conceptual, basic, and detailed). * Knowledge in reviewing and validating designs, technical specifications, and equipment procurement. * Experience in developing and evaluating technical terms of reference. * Ability to analyze and read technical drawings (AutoCAD). * Technical English proficiency (reading and writing). * Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with suppliers, contractors, and internal committees. * Focus on technical excellence, quality, and assurance of project operational efficiency. **Key Competencies** * Analytical and critical thinking. * Results and quality orientation. * Attention to detail. * Ability to influence without authority. * Interpersonal and effective communication skills.
