Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) A major retail sector company is currently seeking a Meat Coordinator with experience in meat cutting, area operations, and team leadership to ensure the proper functioning of the meat section. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the meat department Knowledge of meat cutting, deboning, and handling of meat products Personnel management skills Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the meat department work team Conduct inspections to verify temperatures of cold rooms and display refrigerators Supervise the proper operation of equipment (slicers, grinders, packaging machines, scales, among others) Ensure order, cleanliness, and sanitation of equipment, work areas, and storage Implement controls and monitoring for critical products to prevent losses Supervise the handling and control of baskets in the area Ensure GMP compliance across all processes: receipt, storage, cutting, deboning, slicing, and display Report incidents to the store manager Working Conditions: Schedule: Rotating shifts Salary: COP 2,141,000 + Bonus . -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
