Your primary role will be to implement, standardize, and document processes, procedures, methodologies, and best practices, with the objective of enhancing organizational productivity and efficiency, and supporting the development and implementation of the information systems required for process operations. This position will enable you to act as a Continuous Improvement Consultant, proposing innovations and strategic solutions for the company. Responsibilities: - Implement and document processes, procedures, and best practices. - Optimize organizational productivity and efficiency. - Support the development and implementation of information systems. - Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement. - Propose innovations and strategic solutions. Requirements: Experience in healthcare auditing and quality management in healthcare. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and patient safety. Experience in accreditation processes under Standard 3100 and Resolution 0256. Proficiency in process mapping and handling quality management systems.
