Position: Street Sweeping Operator Location: Barranquilla Contract Type: Indefinite Department: Operations Role Purpose Perform street sweeping and cleaning of public areas to deliver high-quality service within the assigned service zone. Key Responsibilities 1. Properly use assigned work equipment to carry out duties, ensuring professional appearance and carrying all required personal documentation. 2. Correctly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) for job performance. 3. Sweep streets entirely, including sidewalks, public area steps, and central medians where applicable. 4. Collect waste during sweeping operations and deposit it into bags designated by the company. 5. Place waste-filled bags at locations specified by the immediate supervisor. 6. Use company-provided resources appropriately and exclusively for this activity; return them in good condition (do not abandon them); promptly report any loss or damage to the immediate supervisor. 7. Communicate respectfully, assertively, and courteously with external customers, colleagues, and superiors. 8. Submit daily shift start and end reports via company-designated channels. 9. Address customer requests or concerns and communicate them to the supervisor for resolution. 10. Inform customers about available communication channels for submitting complaints, inquiries, and suggestions (PQR). Requirements and Key Competencies • Education: High school diploma preferred; basic literacy and numeracy skills are mandatory. • Experience: Minimum 6 months following instructions in any formal or informal task or labor.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Primary Education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
