Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise material dispatch, schedule distribution routes, verify loading, manage operational staff, and ensure delivery and service quality compliance. Verify correct and timely loading of goods. Manage and direct operational staff (drivers and assistants). Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and service quality. Handle dispatch, route, or delivery exceptions. Track orders until final delivery. Guarantee compliance with operational safety standards. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency.
