A prominent company in the agricultural sector requires a Field Supervisor (High School Diploma, Agricultural Technician, or equivalent). Description Main Responsibilities: * Lead a workgroup of no more than 8 people, according to the parameters established in the operational schedule of Mycel Group SAS. * Train, instruct, and coach new staff in the various activities carried out in cultivation. * Verify proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Manage assigned personnel and ensure compliance with established schedules while completing assigned tasks. * Check the condition of tools and work equipment. * Supervise and direct crew activities and assigned tasks. * Verify yields and work quality according to company procedures. Academic Level: Technologist / Agronomist or related degree. Minimum 1 year of certified experience. Work Location: Between the municipalities of Granada and Sibaté, Cundinamarca, vereda Carrizal. PREFERRED THAT THE APPLICANT HAS THEIR OWN VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION. Position Type: Full-time.
