Optimize resources with direct impact on profitability and customer service Plan, lead, and execute the company's comprehensive logistics operations by integrating strategic and operational management, ensuring efficiency, inventory control, on-time delivery performance, and resource optimization, with direct impact on profitability and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics operations Ensure compliance with dispatches, deliveries, and internal requirements Guarantee receipt, storage, and dispatch following FIFO methodology Reconcile physical inventory against system (SIIGO) Execute and supervise cyclic inventory counts Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions Define and monitor distribution routes Directly coordinate drivers and logistics movements Resolve operational issues (delays, returns, damages) Provide operational support as required Record incoming and outgoing transactions in the system Ensure proper shipment dispatch and invoicing Prepare monthly logistics operations reports Report movements to the insurance provider Supervise warehouse, vehicle, and facility conditions Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance Control fixed asset inventory Coordinate freight carriers and logistics services Monitor performance (timeliness, quality) Manage external operational requirements Assign tasks to the team Supervise execution across warehouse, transportation, and general services Ensure operational discipline and process compliance Identify operational failures Propose and implement improvements in logistics processes Optimize time, routes, and resource utilization Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
