As a Quality Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support all departmental functions to ensure optimal operation of our plant and products, guaranteeing compliance with all established procedures and current legal requirements. Your contribution will be key to maintaining our quality standards. Responsibilities: Verify and validate raw materials entering and leaving the company to ensure their good condition. Inspect vehicles arriving and departing with raw materials (cleaning order, temperature measurement). Ensure operational staff perform their duties in accordance with good manufacturing practices. Ensure the plant maintains optimal hygiene and sanitation conditions in compliance with current legal requirements. Issue reports when any product is not in optimal condition for commercialization. Verify that process room and cold storage temperatures remain at appropriate levels for product preservation. Support all functions required by the Quality Department to maintain products in optimal condition. Keep all established quality control and sanitation plan forms up to date. Release the plant and processing areas after cleaning and disinfection procedures. Perform tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor. What We Are Looking For: Technical degree in related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control or similar positions. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Internal audits · Salary: 1.750.905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
