




**Description:** Serve as a direct point of contact with customers in performing technical tasks related to maintenance, repair, and installation of computer and communication systems and equipment on database platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Repair, present, and deliver reports on activities and time spent on work, in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies. * Ensure that assigned tasks are completed timely and according to established deadlines, complying with the company’s regulations for such deliverables. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the SQL Server database infrastructure. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in SQL Server 2012 or higher database administration. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of ITIL, extensive knowledge of Windows OS. **Desired Certification:** Azure DP\-300 Certification, AZ900 Certification **Language:** Basic\-Intermediate English **Soft Skills:** Pro\-activeness, strong communication skills, and availability to support mission\-critical environments.
