This person will be responsible for delivering warm and professional service to our customers, advising them on product features and applications, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key responsibilities include precise fabric cutting and weighing, supporting the billing process, organizing and restocking products in-store, properly managing inventory, and maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper display in the assigned area. The role also involves supporting digital customer service and post-sales follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
