Implementation of continuous improvement strategies in logistics processes Ensure planning, execution, and control of the organization's logistics processes, optimizing resources and guaranteeing adherence to timelines, costs, and quality in the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Supervise inventory and ensure proper management of incoming and outgoing goods. Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs and timelines. Implement continuous improvement strategies in logistics processes. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in operations. Prepare logistics management reports and KPIs.
