Your purpose will be to ensure the connectivity, functionality, and efficiency of automated machinery, guaranteeing continuity and quality in production operations. Main Responsibilities Execute machine connectivity activities for data acquisition and systematization of production processes. Monitor and measure automated processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, objectives, and requirements. Maintain production equipment in operational condition, verifying that it operates within manufacturing specifications. Assemble control and support components during equipment and facility upgrades. Design and interpret electrical diagrams to provide technical support and perform assemblies according to operational needs. Detect and diagnose equipment failures, ensuring correct machine operating sequences. Prepare technical reports and documentation on the operation and performance of automated equipment. Requirements Education: Technician or technologist degree in automation, mechatronics, electromechanics, electricity, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in operation and maintenance of automated equipment or industrial processes. Specific Knowledge: Machine connectivity and data acquisition systems (industrial IoT). HMI panels, sensors, basic PLCs, and pneumatic systems. Interpretation of electrical diagrams and control schematics.
