About the Role As our Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing loading, dispatch, and finished goods delivery processes, ensuring smooth operations, service excellence, and compliance with both internal and external customer requirements. What Were Looking For Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: At least 3 years of experience coordinating distribution, dispatch, or logistics operations in industrial or transportation companies. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Distribution and logistics operations (routing, freight management, load optimization) Logistics documentation and invoicing processes Inventory and dispatch control ERP systems, intermediate Excel, and Power BI Operational follow-up and service level monitoring Bonus points if you have experience with RNDC, electronic invoicing, or food safety systems. What Youll Do Coordinate loading operations, domestic shipments, and export dispatches. Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with service agreements. Monitor invoicing, operational closing processes, and logistics documentation. Coordinate scheduling and availability of operational teams. Track KPIs, operational incidents, and improvement opportunities. Maintain operational control and traceability across the distribution process.
