Preparation of management reports and performance indicators National Transportation Coordinator Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned routes, ensuring adherence to pickup/delivery timeframes, resource optimization, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily operational routes. Monitor drivers and vehicles in real time. Resolve operational issues (delays, route changes, incidents). Verify compliance with schedules and service level agreements. Coordinate basic preventive fleet maintenance (as applicable). Prepare management reports and performance compliance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in route coordination, dispatch, or logistics. Proficiency in office software (especially Excel). GPS monitoring platforms or fleet management software knowledge is desirable. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
