Timely supply and inventory control Manage the procurement process for materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables required for metal-mechanical machinery and equipment maintenance, ensuring timely availability, product quality, and cost optimization in accordance with company policies. Proven experience in: Metal-mechanical sector spare parts and consumables Management of industrial suppliers Procurement of tools, industrial hardware, and machinery spare parts Purchase order management Supplier negotiation Prepare quotations and price comparisons from different suppliers. Manage procurement of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for industrial maintenance. Ensure timely supply of materials necessary for operations. Prepare purchase orders and track them until delivery. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery times. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. Control minimum and maximum inventory levels for critical spare parts. Coordinate with the maintenance department regarding material requirements. Verify technical specifications of requested products. Track warranties and returns where applicable. Maintain an up-to-date supplier database.
