At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Drive regional process standardization. * Define and implement KPIs aligned with strategy to efficiently monitor processes. * Plan, coordinate, lead, and control work activities related to the creation of policies, standards, and procedures. * Conduct continuous analysis and diagnosis of various business processes to promote continuous improvement. * Document and model business processes using BPMN notation. * Support the design of operational models derived from projects, new products, campaigns, etc. * Identify opportunities for process automation and robotic process automation (RPA). * Manage and design Operational Protocols with Insurance Companies. * Publish documentation (Circulars, Procedures, Policies, Protocols, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Process-based management * LEAN continuous improvement philosophy. **Specific Knowledge** * Business process modeling using BPMN 2.0 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Automations on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) **Prior Experience:** 1–2 years of experience preferred **Other Specifications** * High level of management and planning skills * Strong ability to work in teams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams * Proactivity, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
