Executive administrative support and document organization Company Description: Construction sector company – housing Position Description: We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant responsible for managing administrative tasks (preparation of purchase orders and all related system processing, approvals, and warehouse tracking in the SINCO ERP system, ADPRO module). Administrative Assistant required: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant on construction sites, handling administrative control formats for invoicing, contracts, insurance policies, FIC, and other administrative processes, payment certificates to contractors and suppliers, and SINCO system usage. We offer: Project-based or labor contract. Salary negotiable. Work schedule and site location: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays: Until 11:00 am. Site location: Luxe Building, Barranquilla. Requirements Professionals in Engineering, Architecture, or Administrative fields with construction experience. Experience in administrative assistance and general administrative support tasks within the construction industry. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of executive administrative support and ability to manage high-level tasks and schedules. Office-related skills, including document classification, organization, and proficiency with office software. Additional desirable attributes include proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
