Position Summary: Microhome is seeking a Cost Analyst with technology experience to manage quotations, bids, delivery tracking, and license control, interacting with all departments across the organization. Tracking of deliveries and expiration date control **Microhome** is seeking a ***COST ANALYST*** with proven experience in Technology and Nabuco system management, Intermediate Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities**: * Generate quotations in Nabuco; request pricing from suppliers; support commercial team in the financial closing of quotations. * Generate and send sales quotations with prices established by the immediate supervisor, and track these quotations. * Provide full support for proposals and tenders. * Support customer-related procurement activities, including preparing procurement packages and coordinating with various departments across the organization. Must interact effectively with all organizational departments, possess excellent communication skills, writing proficiency, spelling accuracy, and agility in using Microsoft 365 platform in general—including email categorization, category management, chatbox usage, Copilot queries, etc. * Track customer deliveries and accounts receivable. * Monitor and control renewal dates for licensing expirations, Carepacks, and other related activities requiring such oversight. Track purchase orders, requests, and invoicing via the Nabuco tool. * Perform necessary documentation activities for sales and procurement processes. * Size and manage tendering processes and legal documentation. * Dynamic individual capable of working under pressure, with knowledge of the technology sector. * Serve as the communication channel with customers regarding products, services, contracts, billing, purchase orders, modifications, warranties, and after-sales support. **Requirements**: * Technical or technological degree holder, or university student * Recent experience in the technology sector * Proficiency in Nabuco and Intermediate Excel **We Offer**: * Salary: $ 2000\.000 \+ fixed non-statutory bonus of $ 110\.000 * Working Hours: Monday–Friday * Contract Type: Indefinite-term * Work Modality: 100% on-site **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, APPLY NOW!** Position Type: Full-time
