As part of our continuous expansion and operational strengthening, we are seeking a Document Analyst to support us in organizing, controlling, and safeguarding the documentary information of one of our projects, ensuring traceability, integrity, and availability of physical and digital files. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect and validate technical project documentation for telecommunications (drawings, minutes, technical reports, photographic evidence, work orders, etc.). * Prepare and review documentary deliverables for clients (closure dossiers, progress reports, delivery minutes). * Control document versions and traceability on internal or client platforms. * Manage permits and supporting documents before municipal authorities (public space intervention, planning, traffic, etc.). * Verify compliance with sector-specific contractual and regulatory requirements. * Support billing processes through documentation consolidation and validation. * Track documentary observations and coordinate their resolution with technical departments. * Maintain updated project databases and digital repositories. **REQUIRED PROFILE** Technical or Technologist degree in Telecommunications 1–2 years of experience in project billing, data analysis, and protocols **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THIS POSITION:** * Structuring of physical and digital files. * Knowledge of documentary management regulations and information security policies. * Time management and task prioritization.
