Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 94,000 employees and a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** Perform operational tasks related to inspection, sampling and sample preparation. * Ensure the physical sampling process and sample preparation are properly carried out. * Ensure accurate, fast and timely delivery of necessary information to the direct supervisor. * Ensure accurate, fast and timely reporting of truck dispatching and receiving, as well as weight control via scales. * Ensure requests for consumables required for operational activities. * Ensure compliance with technical, operational and quality standards and procedures applicable to their area. * Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all equipment under their responsibility. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations established by SGS Colombia and the client in the work area. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment during job execution. * Ensure timely reporting to their immediate supervisor regarding any nonconformities, complaints, or customer appeals. * Ensure active participation in identifying corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvements. * Ensure active participation in internal and external audits scheduled by the Minerals Sector. * Ensure the integrity of collected samples using company-provided materials and their proper recording in physical and digital formats provided by the company. * Notify the Supervisor and the Logistics Professional (in areas where a Logistics Professional applies) upon completion of a lot or sub-lot to coordinate transportation of collected samples and deliver them to the preparation area. * Report and notify the competent authority in case of loss or damage of security seals. Inform the operations supervisor / operations coordinator / operations manager. * Immediately report any attempt or evidence of integrity breaches by third parties or SGS team members to the operations supervisor / operations coordinator / operations manager / operations director. * Perform any other duties assigned inherent to the position. **Requirements** **Academic Background:** High school graduate; minimum 6 months of experience in logistics or production areas, loading and unloading, shift work from Sunday to Sunday, height safety training course. **Additional Information** Salary: $1,000,000 + statutory benefits
