A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a **Professional Coordinator or Supervisor** to lead the seal and pressure tap installation service at gas metering centers in the city of **Barranquilla**. The primary objective of this position is to ensure achievement of operational targets, maintaining high-quality standards, field control, and strict compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Main Responsibilities * **Supervision and Control:** Accompany and supervise technical staff in the field during seal and pressure tap installation at gas metering centers. * **Performance Metrics Management:** Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets. * **Quality and Safety:** Ensure proper technical execution of work and strict application of SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) regulations. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Consolidate operational data, personnel updates, and technical performance reports. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Petroleum/Gas, or related fields) or in administrative/operational disciplines. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years leading or supervising operational crews/staff in the gas sector, public utilities, or energy distribution networks. * **Technical Knowledge:** Gas metering centers, pressure taps, and security sealing. * **Mobility:** Personal motorcycle with up-to-date documentation is mandatory. * **Residence:** Barranquilla or its metropolitan area. Working Conditions * **Base Salary:** $3\.500\.000 \+ Mobility Allowance $600\.000 \+ Transportation Allowance $249\.095 \+ Statutory Benefits. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. * **Work Location:** Barranquilla.
