




We are seeking a Network Engineer to provide Level 2 / Level 3 network support and join our infrastructure team. This person will play a key role in ensuring continuous network operation by performing proactive monitoring, incident response, and support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and telephony infrastructure—guaranteeing compliance with defined service levels and established security policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor network status and performance using tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or others. * Respond to and track requests and incidents related to network connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and telephony). * Perform initial network problem diagnostics and document actions taken. * Apply patches at the level of Cisco APs, switches, and core devices. * Manage Cisco DNA Center. * Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 or Level 3, following established procedures. * Support basic administration of switches, routers, and firewalls. * Execute routine tasks including link verification, log review, configuration backups, and controlled changes. * Document procedures, configurations, and applied solutions. * Meet defined SLAs and contribute to continuous process improvement. * Implement network security policies in coordination with the infrastructure team. **Required Profile:** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support or networking. CCNP CERTIFICATION REQUIRED. * Technical Knowledge: * Solid networking fundamentals: OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs. * Configuration of switches and routers (Cisco, Aruba, or similar). * Proficiency with basic CLI commands (e.g., Cisco IOS). * Monitoring tool experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of firewalls and perimeter security is desirable. **Desirable Certifications (non-exclusive):** Valid CCNP
