We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Data Delivery Manager** to lead and manage the successful delivery of data projects, ensuring technical excellence and seamless collaboration with stakeholders. This position involves ownership of delivery processes, resource planning, and client management, with a strong focus on Big Data solutions and cloud architecture. **Responsibilities** * Own end\-to\-end solution delivery for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact for delivery\-related matters * Ensure compliance with delivery management processes and governance as per selected models * Oversee staffing and resource allocation to meet the delivery roadmap with appropriate skills and seniority * Lead the technical architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with quality standards and future readiness * Facilitate coordination across stakeholders and disciplines to drive project success * Build and manage long\-term client partnerships while addressing engagement risks * Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals, statements of work, and project\-related documentation * Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and agile delivery models * Develop and implement risk management strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle * Measure, analyze, and enhance delivery productivity for ongoing improvement * Support sales efforts by contributing to bid processes and providing delivery expertise * Mentor and coach other delivery managers within the organization **Requirements** * At least 9 years of experience delivering Data and Analytics projects, covering Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence * Strong background in Python, Scala, or Java and familiarity with Big Data technology stacks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka) * Expertise in delivering data platform engineering solutions, handling both batch and streaming data processing pipelines * Proficiency in SQL and experience designing and supporting Big Data solutions * Previous leadership role in on\-prem to cloud migration projects with AWS, Azure, or GCP * Strong understanding of data architecture and security challenges associated with data\-driven projects * Knowledge of data visualization methods and tools, paired with an understanding of classical analytics techniques * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment with excellent client management and communication skills (C1 English level) * Solid grasp of project delivery methodologies, including agile approaches and change management
