Opportunity for professional development and extendable contract JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST A technology-sector company requires a technologist, systems engineer, software developer, electronics engineer, or graduate in related fields for the position of “Junior Technical Support Analyst”, with knowledge of MySQL, ITIL agile methodologies, Scrum, and office applications; minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and user support. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Promptly answer calls and resolve requests or issues. - Properly register and document tickets. - Continuously study the software and applications offered by the company. SALARY: $ 2.728.099 CONTRACT: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, extendable to indefinite term based on demonstrated performance.
