A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics operations, controlling route scheduling, transportation fleet, and dispatch management to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations. **Main Responsibilities.** * **Route Scheduling and Control:** Plan and verify dispatch departures, organization, and zone-based assignment. * **Operations Monitoring:** Track driver progress and deliveries in real time via GPS and resolve on-route incidents. * **Document Management and Closing:** Validate invoices, delivery notes, delivery stamps, and signatures, performing corresponding system closures. * **Fleet and Transportation Coordination:** Manage vehicle restrictions (e.g., peak-hour traffic regulations), request external transportation when needed, and report maintenance requirements. * **Customer and Advisor Support:** Confirm order statuses, schedule on-site deliveries, and provide updates on cargo status. **Job Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Technician degree in Logistics Management or Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related fields. * **Work Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years in dispatch management, route control, fleet management, and GPS tracking. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), business intelligence platforms, and GPS tracking systems. * **Key Competencies:** Leadership, planning, teamwork, analytical ability, and results orientation.
