Job Summary: You will coordinate logistics infrastructure projects, ensuring achievement of scope, time, cost, and quality objectives in accordance with the PMI methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Controls budgets and KPIs, proposing corrective actions **Logistics Project Coordinator** **About the Role:** You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing logistics infrastructure projects, ensuring achievement of scope, time, cost, and quality objectives in line with Essity’s PMI methodology. **Responsibilities:** * Support development of Business Cases, Project Briefs, Project Plans, and control reports per PMI standards * Coordinate execution of activities defined in the project plan, ensuring proper cross-functional integration * Track schedules and WBS using tools such as MS Project * Prepare technical infrastructure budgets for various projects * Control CAPEX budgets and ensure correct cost allocation per project * Monitor logistics project KPIs and propose corrective actions in case of deviations * Support the Project Manager in risk, change, and issue management throughout the project lifecycle * Support stakeholder management, mapping interests and power levels, and ensuring effective communication * Consolidate and present progress reports to the Project Manager * Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards across all project phases * Comply with all occupational health and safety, fire prevention, technical, economic, environmental, legal, and corporate standards of Essity throughout all project stages * Execute project activities in accordance with the Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management System (e.g., fire drills, hygiene guidelines) * Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to the organization related to the project * Coordinate and conduct technical, quality, and HSE oversight of project contractors **Who You Are:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate studies in Project Management or related disciplines are preferred * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial civil construction * **Knowledge:** Experience managing warehouse infrastructure, production plant, and/or manufacturing sector projects, plus proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and intermediate English language skills * **Competencies:** Teamwork, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, conflict management, and decision-making ability As an employer committed to **diversity, equity, and inclusion**, Essity promotes merit-based selection processes and encourages applications from individuals with certified disabilities.
