The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper vehicle operation, customer safety, and operational efficiency of the business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Diagnose and repair combustion and electric engines. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on karts (chassis, brakes, steering, electrical systems). · Supervise operational staff and organize shifts. · Manage spare parts and tool inventory. · Provide on-track customer assistance and guidance. · Handle daily cash operations and report income/expenses. · Comply with safety protocols and local regulations. REQUIREMENTS · Technical training in automotive mechanics or electricity (preferred). · Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle or kart maintenance. · Basic knowledge of administration and customer service. · Leadership ability and teamwork skills. · Availability to work weekends and holidays.
