We are currently seeking a Civil Maintenance Technician. Civil Works Technician **Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electrical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Inspection of hydraulic, sanitary, wastewater, and stormwater pumping equipment. Corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment Inspection of toilets, urinals, sinks, and cleaning fixtures (plumbing) Support all maintenance activities related to installed systems. Maintenance of industrial electrical installations Maintenance of lighting systems, including lamp replacement Electric motors and contactors Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment General building maintenance (plumbing, painting, drywall, patching) Why CBRE?
