Responsibilities: Lead and support commercial operations of points of sale nationwide. Monitor commercial KPIs, productivity, and inventory turnover. Coordinate and supervise the sales team at points of sale (PDV). Implement display strategies, focus brands, and commercial activations. Lead training, performance evaluation, and staff development processes. Analyze market, competition, and commercial growth opportunities.
