Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare, update, modify, and control construction, architectural, structural, urban, and network drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in architectural drafting and construction technology. 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM methodology are desirable. 3. Knowledge of technical drawing standards and interpretation of specifications. 1. Academic Requirements Education: Technical diploma, technological degree, or final-semester student in architectural drafting, architectural drafting technician, or construction technology. 2. Job Responsibilities Preparation, updating, modification, and control of construction drawings, architectural drawings, structural drawings, urban drawings, and network drawings. 3. Experience and Competencies Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. 4. Position Conditions Salary: To be agreed upon. Working Hours: 44 hours per week. 5. Additional Information General Observations: AutoCAD proficiency. Revit proficiency and BIM methodology are desirable. Knowledge of technical drawing standards. Interpretation of technical specifications and designs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
