You will be responsible for supervising task execution, managing materials, and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets. Your role will involve direct on-site supervision of construction work, coordination with various teams and suppliers, and maintaining a high quality standard across all construction aspects. You will serve as the liaison between the project office and the on-site construction team. Minimum requirements include a solid background in civil engineering or architecture, prior experience as a Resident Engineer/Architect, and demonstrable skills in cost control and project management. You must be able to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively. This is an on-site position requiring full-time dedication to the ongoing project.
