A leading national transportation company specializing in last-mile logistics requires a loading and unloading assistant with at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities: Transport and deliver merchandise nationwide while ensuring a safe and timely service. Employment Conditions: Direct indefinite-term contract with the company. Base salary: $1,423,500 + transportation allowance $200,000 + support allowance $100,000. Average monthly overtime pay: $500,000. Travel routes (Santander, Norte de Santander, Cesar, and Bolívar). Loading starts between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Own transportation is mandatory.
