We are currently seeking an experienced **Mid\-Senior IT Developer** to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams, analyze requirements, and implement efficient technical solutions. Additionally, you will take ownership of complex features, support junior developers through mentoring, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop software applications in alignment with user requirements and established development standards. * Evaluate the feasibility of solutions within defined time, scope, and cost constraints. * Maintain and enhance existing software by fixing bugs, improving performance, and addressing technical debt. * Develop and implement AI\-driven features and contribute to overall system architecture. * Collaborate closely with product managers, clients, and team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered. **Required Skills and Experience** * 4\+ years of hands\-on experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of delivering production\-ready solutions. * Strong experience working with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks (ActiveRecord). * Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS (Sass, Less, Tailwind). * Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third\-party integrations. * Experience with React or React Native is a plus. * Experience with AI/ML solutions, including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and voice agent technologies. * Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * Proficiency in English (written and verbal). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience (open to negotiation). * Opportunities for professional and personal growth in a fast\-paced environment. * Exposure to and hands\-on experience with cutting\-edge AI/ML technologies. * Hybrid work model. * Gym membership. * Prepaid Medicine * Long term contract under Colombian Law Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Hybrid remote in Medellín, Antioquia
