At Acema Ingeniería we are looking for an **Account Manager** **Join our team!** **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project financial structuring, corporate banking, project finance, or financial evaluation. * Desirable experience in the energy sector or infrastructure, ideally in photovoltaic solar projects. * Proven experience in advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario development. * Participation in due diligence processes, financial closings, or engagement with banking and trust institutions. * Knowledge of the Colombian financial market, green financing lines, and debt mechanisms for capital-intensive projects. **Knowledge:** * Advanced financial modeling (cash flow, IRR, NPV, WACC, sensitivities, bankability ratios). * Debt and capital structuring for infrastructure or energy projects. * Knowledge of financial and tax incentives applicable to renewable energies (Law 1715 and associated regulations). * Proficiency with key indicators: benchmark rates, inflation, country risk, availability of green financing lines. * Understanding of the financial closing process, guarantees, covenants, conditions precedent and subsequent. * Competence in financial analysis tools (advanced Excel and/or equivalent software). **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and validate financial models for internal solar projects. * Prepare presentations, financial reports, and information required by banks and investors. * Coordinate internally with technical, legal, development, and management teams to consolidate key information. * Identify financial, technical, regulatory, and market risks, proposing mitigation strategies. * Support external financial due diligence processes. * Monitor financial market trends, interest rates, macroeconomic conditions, and relevant regulations. * Keep portfolio tracking indicators and tools up to date. * Prepare periodic reports for management on financing progress, financial costs, and overall portfolio status. * Manage strategic relationships with banks, trust companies, investment funds, and multilateral agencies. * Negotiate the most competitive financial terms possible: interest rates, terms, guarantees, and financing instruments. * Ensure compliance with banking requirements for financial closings and disbursements. * Ensure the financial model accurately reflects the project's technical, legal, and operational conditions. * Ensure proper financial documentation and traceability of information provided to external entities. * Drive internal financing strategies, capital optimization, and project prioritization based on profitability. **We want to meet you!** Send your resume to desarrollo.humano@acemaingenieria.com Job type: Full-time Application questions: * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * Do you have experience in advanced financial modeling? * Do you have knowledge of the Colombian financial market?
