We are seeking a systems technician or technologist, or a professional with a related degree, to provide on-site technical support. Candidates must have knowledge of office applications, operating systems, management tools, VPN, antivirus software, and WorkSpace; demonstrate strong written communication skills; possess teamwork capabilities oriented toward meeting customer needs and fulfilling agreed-upon SLAs for the project. Experience using applications such as Hiren’s Boot, Rufus, and Clonezilla, and experience in reviewing and diagnosing computer equipment at both hardware and software levels is required.
