




We are seeking a systems technician or technologist, or a professional with a related degree, to provide on-site technical support. Candidates must have knowledge of office applications, operating systems, management tools, VPN, antivirus software, and WorkSpace; demonstrate strong written communication skills; possess teamwork capabilities oriented toward meeting customer needs and fulfilling agreed-upon SLAs for the project. Experience using applications such as Hiren’s Boot, Rufus, and Clonezilla, and experience in reviewing and diagnosing computer equipment at both hardware and software levels is required. This position is 100% on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every 15 days (half-day). **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Provide on-site technical support to users of applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) within the organization. * Collaborate with network services, software systems engineers, or application development teams to restore services or identify issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 1 year of relevant experience * Proficiency in operating systems, antivirus software, VPN, and WorkSpace * Spanish language proficiency * Strong writing skills and customer service orientation **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
