Job Summary: We are seeking passionate, dynamic Bar Assistants with an outstanding attitude to support beverage operations and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support bar operations and the preparation of beverages and cocktails. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and stock levels in the area. 3. Provide excellent service and operational support during service. At Andrés Medellín, we are looking for Bar Assistants who are passionate about service, dynamic, and possess an outstanding attitude to support beverage operations and contribute to a memorable experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities: Support bar setup and mise en place Prepare basic beverages and cocktails according to standard recipes Maintain order, cleanliness, and stock levels in the area Perform labeling, storage, and rotation of products Assist with inventory and supply control Ensure compliance with BPM and quality standards Provide excellent service and operational support during service Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in related fields Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in bars, restaurants, or events Basic knowledge of beverage preparation Availability to work rotating shifts Teamwork, agility, responsibility, and customer orientation Working Conditions: Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day during the week Rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. If you are passionate about service and want to be part of a unique experience, apply now! -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program years of experience Age: between 18 and 30 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
