Requirements: * Technicians, technologists, or professionals in systems, computer science, telecommunications, or related fields—or students in their final semesters. * Knowledge of networks and communications; Microsoft and Linux operating systems; SAP Basis. * Certification in work tools: helpdesk and CMDB, Microsoft, Google, Acronis, antivirus. * Minimum 1 year of technical support experience on-site, remotely, in call centers, ITIL, Scrum. Responsibilities: · Responsible for providing first-level comprehensive solutions to customers regarding the company’s products and services. Deliver technical support via telephone and email through the internal ticketing system NIX. · Receive, resolve, manage, and monitor Level 1 support requirements, incidents, and PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions). · Handle and manage requests via telephone, providing solutions to requirements. * Continuously track active cases, monitoring progress on escalations and/or inquiries made.
