**Join the Best Carrier Solutions team as our dedicated IT \& Microsoft Solutions Specialist!** In this full\-time role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 tools—such as Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate—to support the daily operations of our logistics business. You'll work closely with multiple departments to streamline digital workflows, resolve technical issues, and implement smart solutions that improve efficiency. If you're passionate about technology, problem\-solving, and helping a growing company operate at its best, we want to hear from you! **Technical Skills** * Proven experience with **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Forms, etc. * Proficiency in **Power Automate** for creating and managing automated workflows * Strong understanding of **Power Apps** and **Power BI** is a plus * Experience managing user permissions and access in Microsoft environments (SharePoint, Teams) * Familiarity with **basic networking**, cloud file systems, and device management * Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues across multiple devices and platforms **Responsibilities** * Set up and maintain user accounts, access, and permissions across Microsoft 365 * Create, improve, and manage Power Automate flows (e.g., for HR, compliance, accounting) * Build and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries * Provide technical support and training to staff (in English and/or Spanish preferred) * Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues * Collaborate with compliance, dispatch, TNT, and accounting teams to improve digital processes * Assist in integrating new technologies or third\-party tools (e.g., YakChat, Power BI, etc.) **Soft Skills** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational abilities * Good communicator — able to explain complex tech in simple terms * Proactive mindset: suggest improvements, not just wait for instructions **Other Requirements** * Fluent in **Spanish**; English proficiency is a plus * Availability during **US business hours** * Reliable internet connection and home office setup * Willing to work full\-time (40 hours/week) * Bonus: Experience supporting companies in the **logistics or transportation industry** Job Type: Full\-time
