We are looking for a Maintenance and Facility Repair Assistant to join our team and handle facility and equipment maintenance in the city. The ideal candidate must have skills in using hand tools, experience in maintenance and installation of water equipment, and be capable of delivering excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Educational level: High school diploma or technical certification in facility repairs or related fields. * Ability to navigate within the city and availability to travel as required by job needs. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and facility repairs in installations, including bathrooms and kitchens. * Operate hand tools—such as drills, wrenches, and others—to carry out maintenance tasks. * Install and maintain water equipment, including dispensers, purifiers, drinking fountains, and similar devices. * Maintain a professional personal appearance and courteous treatment toward customers. * Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude in all assigned tasks. **Desirable Skills:** * Professional personal appearance. * Ability to interact with customers courteously and respectfully. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve. **We Offer:** * Salary: $1.500.000 / monthly payment * Extra-legal allowance of $250.000 COP, applicable after the third month of employment. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 04:48 PM, with occasional Saturday availability.
