




Ensure order and cleanliness of the dining room and areas related to table service (cutlery, beverage preparation area, etc.). Prepare and clean tables, placing salt and pepper shakers, napkin holders, and other items before opening and throughout the shift. Open the restaurant at 11:00 a.m., ensuring all areas are clean and ready to receive customers. Greet and assist guests with seating, ensuring a courteous and professional experience. Have detailed knowledge of all restaurant products to provide personalized customer advice, which requires checking kitchen availability at least once every hour. Record orders in an organized, complete, and detailed manner, sending them correctly to the kitchen. Supervise that food preparation times, plating, and dish quality meet the restaurant's standards. Maintain constant communication regarding sold-out items or changes during the shift using radio or headphones. Verify that all ordered items are delivered correctly and registered in the system for billing. Deliver the bill to the customer before they head to the cash register. Keep order in kitchen tickets to ensure efficient consumption control. Encourage and record customer feedback about their experience, communicating it to the cashier and administrative areas.
